Location: North Italy (with travel across Germany andEastern Europe) Reports to: Sales Manager Languages Required:Italian, English (mandatory); German (preferred) TravelRequirement: 70% of the time for the first few months, then around50% of the time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic andresults-driven Export sales representative to expand our presencein Italy, Germany, and parts of Eastern Europe. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for selling our ManufacturingExecution System (MES) software, managing existing accounts, anddriving new business opportunities. This role requires a high levelof autonomy, frequent travel, and strong communication skills inmultiple languages as well as good understanding of software andindustrial processes. Key Responsibilities - Apply a strategicsales plan to develop the assigned regions. - Identify and pursuenew business opportunities, generating leads and closing deals. -Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensurecustomer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Conduct clientvisits (70%-50% travel required) to present our MES solutions andunderstand customer needs. - Collaborate with internal teams,including marketing and technical support, to make some feedback ofcustomer demands. - Conduct market research to stay informed aboutindustry trends and competitor activities. - Prepare regularreports and sales forecasts for the Sales Manager. - Participate inindustry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities toexpand brand visibility. Required Qualifications & Skills -Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably inindustrial software or manufacturing technology. - Goodunderstanding of MES solutions and industrial processes. - Fluencyin Italian and English (mandatory); Professional level in German isrequired - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills. - Ability to work independently and manage a complex salescycle. - Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions(50% of the time). - Strong reporting and analytical skills. - Highdegree of autonomy and ability to work with a remote team andmanager - Bachelors degree in business, or a related field ispreferred. But experience can replace a diploma.
