Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Supporting IT related activities at customers onsite refinery location
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Preparing new devices for the users
Data transfer from old device to new device
Software installation and troubleshooting
Meeting room check on daily basis
Troubleshoot the issues with meeting room devices
Inventory Management
Must Have Skills/Knowledge: Good knowledge about Laptop/Desktop device management and troubleshooting for operating System
Troubleshooting Audio/Video devices in meeting rooms
Management and troubleshooting for conference room devices
Good to have knowledge about ServiceNow
Should have basic knowledge of Network
