Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in relative value market fundamentals, quantitative modeling, and risk management
- Build and maintain quantitative model tools and analytics
- Manage real-time execution of trading system
- Collaborate to contribute to learnings and strategies
- Mentor Trading Associates and promote their learning on the desk
Requirements
- Bachelor''s, Master''s, or Doctorate in technical field and pertinent industry experience
- Demonstrated passion for financial markets, finance, and trading
- Deep understanding of finance, math, and statistics
- Attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure
- Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
- A strategy that is currently and consistently profitable; we are open to all markets and asset classes ranging from physical to electronic in any part of the world
