We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in SEPA payments to support ongoing digital transformation, regulatory compliance projects, and optimization of payment processes within a Bank in Luxembourg. MissionsAnalyze business needs related to SEPA payments (credit transfers, direct debits, SCT, SDD, instant payments, etc.).Write clear and detailed functional specifications in collaboration with business and IT teams.Act as the interface between business departments (operations, compliance, finance) and technical teams.Contribute to strategic or regulatory projects (e.g. ISO 20022 migration, PSD2, instant payments).Coordinate functional testing (test plan, test cases, UAT).Support change management: user training, documentation, post-go-live support.Monitor regulatory and technical developments around SEPA (via EPC, EBF, etc.).
