Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead our product expansion strategy for the expense management product in new markets. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the specific requirements and nuances of new markets. You will drive the localization and readiness streams of several of the core modules of the expense management product, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated at every stage.
Some of the tasks you will be performing
- Product Discovery: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of target markets.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and implement a product roadmap to adapt the expense management product for new markets in terms of compliance and localization. Define quarterly objectives, epics, and success metrics.
- Product Delivery: Write functional specifications and user stories about the epics in the roadmap. Drive scrum ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, professional services, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch and gather feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product requirements and quarterly roadmaps to internal stakeholders. Manage expectations and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Go-to-Market: Work closely with Product Marketing teams to drive product adoption and growth in new markets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
Requirements for the position
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS applications.
- You are detail-oriented and customer-centric.
- You have a strong bias to action and an even stronger bias to get things finished.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with both customers and developers.
- Self-motivated and independent, capable of driving activities without constant oversight.
- Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives.
- Passion for AI and what it can bring to the discipline.
- Languages:
- English: Fluent (Mandatory)
- French: Fluent (Preferred)
