We are looking for a Sales Development Representative(SDR) fluent in Dutch and English, ideally located in Belgium, tosupport the EU expansion of a major international SaaS platform(starting with the Belgian market). The goal is to help drivepipeline generation via both inbound (20%) and outbound (80%)channels. This is a long-term freelance opportunity with acommitment of 34 days per week (MonThu). The right person will betrained and supported throughout the onboarding period and coachedcontinuously to ensure success. Responsibilities: - Makeapproximately 60 calls/day using provided software and tools. -Engage in 2025 meaningful conversations/day with decision-makers.- Qualify leads using defined criteria and book meetings for thesales team. - (Optional after onboarding): Take discovery/salesmeetings independently. - Work with inbound leads and takeownership of outbound prospecting. - Maintain accurate notes andactivity logs in the CRM. Requirements: - Fluent in Dutch andEnglish (spoken and written). - Located in Belgium or very familiarwith the local market. - Previous SDR or inside sales experiencerequired, ideally in SaaS. - Good understanding of B2B sales, leadqualification, and buyer personas. - Comfortable with phoneconversations and confident speaking with clients. - Reliablepersonal laptop and headset software and tools will be provided.Available to work during operating hours: ? 9:1512:15 and14:0017:30 (CET), MonThu.
