Responsibilities include solving problems, researching complex information, and building customer relationships.The Customer Service Specialist handles more complex customer issues, manages both domestic and export orders, and may oversee similar duties as a Customer Service Representative.Places customer sales orders promptly before cut-off.Handles complex customer inquiries via mail, phone, or electronic contact, enters and adjusts orders, and resolves questions and complaints.Onboards new CS agents, provides training, system access setup, coaching, and identifies re-training needs.Supports the team proactively, maintains positive reinforcement, even in difficult situations.Contributes as a Subject Matter Expert in projects like SalesForce, New Product launches, Export, Client onboarding, Warehouse setups, IT improvements, etc.Coordinates customer service activities related to shipping, schedules, inventory, and sales by reviewing relevant reports and information.Prepares and reviews correspondence and documentation regarding customer interactions.Builds customer relationships and acts as a liaison between sales and customers, clarifying orders and providing technical guidance as needed.Formal Education:2-3 years of progressive customer service experience.High school diploma or equivalent.Technical/Skill Requirements:Resolving customer problems and concerns.Developing effective correspondence and communication.Collaborating with other departments.Applying policies to difficult situations.Proficiency in PC skills; ERP systems (SAGE, SAP, Oracle 11i/12), Microsoft Office suite; and other relevant applications.Effective communication with co-workers.Export experience, knowledge of Incoterms, and export documentation is a plus.Language Requirements:Local Site Language: Turkish***Please note that internal candidates can apply for other roles after at least one year in their current role, with prior manager notification.Please read the guidelines before submitting your application.All internal applicants must upload their updated CV and last two appraisals (available from HR Cloud).#J-18808-Ljbffr
