You''ll be the bridge between our clients, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless and value-driven experience.Client OnboardingManage onboarding workflows for new clients: account setup, kick-off, and milestone trackingProvide proactive support during technical implementation and production go-liveFacilitate adoption through QA sessions and written communicationTrack onboarding progress and success metrics to ensure timely and high-quality launchesClient Engagement and Feature AdoptionProvide timely and efficient supportMaintain and improve product documentation to streamline customer autonomyCollaborate closely with the Product team to relay feedback and identify improvement areasCreate and update resources to support the adoption of new featuresMonitor usage and promote new features and SDK updates across the client baseIdentify obstacles and propose action plans to improve adoption ratesConduct bi-annual check-ins with strategic clients to review usage, satisfaction, and product updatesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement and successYour profileAt least 3+ years of Customer Support / Product experience in the tech and/or Saa S industries. Previous experience in the mobile app world is a big asset but not a requirement;You have a solid understanding of technical environments (APIs, SDKs, mobile app integration)You are comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English (written and spoken)Analytical mindset you are able to interpret usage data to spot trends and define corrective actionsYou have excellent organizational and result-oriented skillsYou perform best in a global environment that moves quickly and requires continuous learning and development.
