If you are ready to kick off your career at one of the most promising European start-ups, join us!Position ResponsibilitiesIntercompany Reconciliations & Consolidation: Manage intercompany transactions and perform monthly/quarterly reconciliations. Ensure accurate group-level reporting.Quarter-End Close & Full Accounting Cycle: Lead or support the quarterly and year-end closing processes. Responsible for journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring the integrity of financial statements.Vendor & Third-Party Management: Maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and public entities. Ensure timely payments, tax filings, and compliance with external obligations (e.g., VAT, tax authorities).Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Handle statutory and regulatory filings in accordance with local laws and deadlines. Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.Strategic Financial Support: Collaborate with management to provide accurate financial reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master''s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a strong asset.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international or multinational environment.Solid knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision). Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines under pressure, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.
