We are looking for a Projects Investment Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and financial skills to support strategic decision-making, portfolio governance, and process optimization.
Important: This is not a project management role. In this position you will not be managing projects or coordinating project delivery teams. Instead, you will focus on portfolio-level analysis, investment oversight, and reporting to support the strategic direction of the company.
Job Description
The job in brief:
- Job Title Projects Investment Analyst
- Team you will join the Project Management Office (PMO) team within the Strategy Planning and Execution department.
- Contract - Permanent, full-time (36 h/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of PMO in Strategy and OKRs development, and portfolio governance.
- Own and manage the investment and budgeting process for projects.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track and analyse project investments.
- Align financial strategies between PMO, Finance, and other teams.
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements across reporting and planning workflows.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO, Financial Planning or Business Consulting or similar analytical role.
- Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills.
- Ability in transforming data analysis into easy-to-understand visual reports and presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
