The Sustainability commitment encompasses the Companys Focus Areas People, Products, and Planet.The Head of Sustainability drives the governance structure and is accountable for strategy execution. The Sustainability Project Manager partners with the Head of Sustainability and is part of the LivaNova LEIP team.The Sustainability Project Manager will be mainly responsible for:Supporting the execution of the Sustainability strategy through data gathering, analysis, and project management support. This includes developing data models, implementing process frameworks, and supporting sustainability initiatives.Maintaining the central framework for Sustainability requirements.Managing tools and technologies supporting Sustainability efforts.Assisting with change management related to sustainability transformations internally and externally.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSData aggregation, modeling, and problem-solving using Lean methodologies.Leading global and local project delivery, monitoring budgets, resources, and timelines.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.Learning new processes, policies, and technologies quickly.Applying industry best practices in Sustainability.Building and documenting processes with flow diagrams, SOPs, and user guides.Implementing controls to improve ESG KPIs and financial discipline.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESExcellent communication skills (written and verbal).Lean training and experience leading Lean events.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders across cultures.Motivating and coaching skills across various skill levels.QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Engineering, ESG-related discipline, or critical thinking field.Experience in project delivery and change management is desirable.Lean or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Ability to travel regionally and internationally.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUA dynamic role in an advanced Medical Device environment supporting your career growth.Exposure to medical device development and collaboration with clinicians.Variable incentives and recognition programs.If you are excited by this opportunity and want to join a growing company, please apply now.
