Your Mission:
- Evaluate & Enhance: Examine customer interactions to ensure service excellence in line with hospitality standards.
- Audit & Improve: Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Feedback & Analysis: Gather customer feedback, analyze trends, and compile actionable reports.
- Train & Develop: Collaborate with training teams to refine materials and lead staff in mastering service best practices.
- Strategize & Innovate: Partner with management to craft strategies that elevate service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor & Report: Maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and deliver critical insights to management.
Your Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English with stellar communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Engagement Skills: Strong presentation ability to captivate diverse audiences.
