As dear digital continues to expand, we''re looking for an Finance Business Consultant to join our Odoo team. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses optimize their financial operations using Odoo, guiding them through successful implementations, and ensuring they maximize the benefits of their digital transformation.
What will you be doing?
- Analyze clients'' financial business processes through workshops and interviews, identifying how they can best be aligned with Odoo.
- Provide clear, structured, and insightful advice on financial process optimization, system configuration, and potential improvements.
- Configure Odoos finance modules to match client requirements, ensuring a tailored ERP setup.
- Translate business needs into functional documentation for the development teamtechnical manuals dont intimidate you.
- Validate and test the Odoo financial environment to ensure it meets client expectations.
- Train key users, create financial process documentation, and guide clients in adopting their new finance systems.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and fellow consultantsbecause the best solutions come from strong teamwork.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a keen interest in financial process automation.
- You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and confident in decision-making.
- You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
- Youre not afraid of complexity and love solving financial and business challenges.
- You have a client-focused mindset and can translate business needs into clear financial solutions.

- Have experience with ERP implementations, financial process optimization, or Odoo''s accounting and finance modules.

- Are fluent in Dutch and Englishextra languages are always a plus.
- Have a solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
