The Opportunity
Elsyca is seeking a hands-on, tool savvy digital native to help streamline, optimize and elevate its digital marketing operations and toolchain. The Role
This role sits at the intersection of growth hacking, marketing operations, and creative experimentation. Youll search, propose, evaluate and implement new marketing tools, automate workflows, improve our digital processes, and support campaign execution. Youll work closely with sales, product, engineering, and admin to align efforts, streamline processes, and support cross-functional growth initiatives. You''ll also have a hand in designing visual assets, creating content and supporting the organization at the office management level, but your core strength is being a systems thinker who loves exploring what''s possible with digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Stay on top of digital trends, tools, and growth techniques relevant to B2B and tech audiences;
Drive the definition and implementation of our marketing toolchain;
Improve and document marketing workflows, automation, and data flows;
Support campaign rollouts (email, landing pages, social media, etc.) and track performance;
Design visuals and layout digital assets (presentations, web banners, graphics, etc.);
Ensure all content and campaigns have a clean, consistent look and feel;
Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align messaging with technical content;
Support the organization of Elsyca attendance to conferences/exhibitions and eventually participate to some of these events if necessary;
Contribute to ad-hoc office management responsibilities: manage travels linked to marketing and sales events, track expense claims, help with day-to-day accounting entries, collaborate with vendors, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives amongst others and as required by the company.
About you
You are naturally curious and love exploring new tools, platforms, and digital workflows;
You are organized, analytical, and comfortable juggling multiple systems;
Maybe youve played around with ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion, Google Ads, Linkedin SalesNavigator, PhantomBuster, Clay, Apollo, or other (AI-powered) applications awesome, but not mandatory;
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and excited by B2B marketing challenges;
You have side projects, digital experiments, or just a strong sense of curiosity and initiative;
You think like a systems builder, but also care deeply about how things look;
You can build basic visuals in Canva, Figma, or similar tools, and enjoy working on design polish;
You have 02 years of experience we value smartness, willingness and mindset more than a long rsum;
You are resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with a strong team-oriented mindset;
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
