Are you ready for your next Marketing Automationadventure? We are looking for a Marketing Automation Consultantwith relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Within theData Intelligence team, the MA candidate will: - gather businessrequirements, both from a marketing and a technical point of view -convert the requirements into the best solutions to be presented tothe client - set up marketing automation platforms - design the CJmultichannel campaigns flow (channels: emails, SMS, PN, advcampaigns...) and implement them on the assigned platform - createreports and analyse results to define actionable insights -interact with several stakeholders, both internal and external, inleading the marketing automation stream; - conduct user trainingboth in Italian and in English - propose always new and advancedfeatures to scale the assigned projects and overcome the businessresults Required Skills - At least 2 years experience workinghands-on in Marketing Automation implementations: from platformsetup to CJ campaigns flow definition and reporting - Experience inworking with Recommendation Engines and real-time personalization -Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in afast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing,PPC and other marketing conversion metrics - Proactive, always keento learn, well organized, autonomous but able to work in bigmultidisciplinary teams; - Able to Communicate project concepts andoutcomes to our stakeholders - Bachelor''s Degree/Master''s Degree -Fluent in English, both spoken and written Nice to have -Familiarity with CRMs - Experience with advanced marketingautomation flows - If specialized in SMC: Experience withSalesforce Interaction Studio and Einstein - Certified MarketingCloud Consultant About us Like Reply is an international expert forinnovative solutions in the fields of marketing automation, SEO,SEA, marketing performance and attribution modeling.
