We are looking for a TechnicalCustomer Support to join our Customer Care team in our office inCasalecchio di Reno (BO) .In this role, you will assist withvarious tasks throughout the sales process, from the initial stagesto post-sales support .You will work closely with both internalteams and customers, gaining practical experience in acollaborative environment What you will do: - Pre-Sales Support:Help team and sales colleagues with technical studies and customerassistance during the early sales stage - Pricing Support:Preparing quotes and making sure pricing meets customer needs andcompany standard - Post-Sales Support: Support customers to ensurea smooth transition after the sale, managing updates and addressingpost-sales inquiries and issue - Customer Communication: Help inmaintaining customers informed and in good relationships byaddressing their need - Coordination with Plant: Assist incommunicating with the production team to make sure products aredelivered on tim - Data and Reporting: Use Excel to analyze dataand help create reports that improve customer support processesWhat we''re looking for: - Interest in data analysis and proficiencyin Excel. - Good communication skills and ability to buildrelationships with customers and colleagues. Qualifications:Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering, Business,Economics or a related field. Comfortable in both English andItalian, written and spoken. Contract Type:Apprenticeship
