In your role, you will report to the Plant Lean Process Manager and be part of the Lean Process Engineering Department. You will be based at LU-VE S.p.A, Alonte (VI), Italy.Mission of the roleTo improve plant productivity and competitiveness by involving our people in Lean principles and methods implementation, and applying new technologies and automation starting from manufacturing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and analyze standard routings and manage production flow processes.Calculate and manage time for each process phase.Implement standard routings to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Manage and optimize manufacturing software, troubleshoot issues, and support users.Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Standardize time measurement methods and train staff.Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Collect and analyze performance and cycle time data; benchmark against industry standards.Analyze workload and capacity for line balancing; implement and monitor improvements.Evaluate feasibility of new products, processes, or investments; collaborate with engineering and production teams.Education & ExperienceBachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a Technical Diploma.Minimum of 5 years'' experience in manufacturing or production environment, with proven time measurement skills (using stopwatch).QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and preferably 3D modeling (Inventor, SolidWorks).Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.Leadership and project management abilities.Excellent communication skills.Technical proficiency in lean principles, time and methods analysis, ergonomics.Understanding of production cycles, phases, and bill of materials.Attention to detail and adaptability.Knowledge of lean principles and methods is a plus.BenefitsFlexible work hours and hybrid work environment.Learning opportunities and flexible career path.Join us to grow and develop your expertise within our company.
