The hotel celebrates the art of Ligurian living on the Italian Riviera.We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry for the 2025 season to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, eager to provide authentic luxury experiences, and demonstrates care, confidence, curiosity, and a sense of community.Reports to: Sous Chef.The Demi Chef de Partie Pastry will:Prepare meals: cook and prepare food for service.Maintain safety, health, and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.Control incoming goods and store them properly.Monitor portion sizes and waste control.Perform duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.Requirements:Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment, and raw material processing techniques.At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred.Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.Other requirements:Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.Drive to deliver high-quality service by anticipating and exceeding guest and colleague expectations.Respect and inclusiveness regardless of position or background.HACCP certification.We offer a seasonal labor contract under C.C.N.L.
