WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Identity and access management, AWS cloud space account creation and deletion of account, creation and Deletion of IAM Users for managed/unmanaged accounts
- Telco Infrastructure provisioning, supporting all onboarding related tasks
- Supporting Telco LZ services EC2, Cloud Networking, Security, Docker and Kubernetes etc.
- Monitoring LZ services, health, availabilities, CloudWatch etc.
- Following all ITSM processes through UTS and later through Helix and Incident/Change/Onboarding trackers
- Support to root cause analysis in case of incidents
- Following Telco LZ working model through Jira, Confluence to updated progress status and reporting
- Execution of changes (tasks related to affected cloud components)
- Provide expert-level support for AWS Cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of AWS Cloud environments
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English
- Hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure Architecture
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in designing and building AWS cloud services
- Architectural expertise in Kubernetes for containerization
- Deep knowledge of DevOps practices with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Extensive Linux expertise
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud design and architecture
- Proficiency in designing and developing services
- Expertise in Terraform and Python for building and automating IaC
- Ability to optimize services for efficiency
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch and FinOps
- Telco Knowledge specially on Core Telecom devices
- Incident Handling & ITIL process understanding
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy (In Telefonica they call it UTS), Later knowledge of BMC Helix
- Knowledge of Netcool application (No development experience, Knowledge on how to use it, how to see alarms etc.)
