The ESO Supply Planner will be responsible forplanning external supplier products and will have directaccountability for a specific line of business (pharmaceuticalform). The role also serves as the key reference for stockmanagement (FP/SMF Working Capital), ensuring optimal supplyperformance and effective inventory control. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a 24-month purchasing plan. - Review previousmonths'' volumes to identify main variations and conduct root causeanalysis for monthly forecast submission. - Collaborate withCategory Managers to resolve asset balancing trade-offs, ensuringsufficient supply performance. - Review high-level supplyrequirements across the full constrained horizon and prioritizeorders based on market inventory position and SKU segmentation. -Lead Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Governance. -Participate in weekly supply governance calls to troubleshoot lowstock issues and balance cost vs. supply trade-offs. - Track rootcauses and prioritize remediation and prevention actions. -Evaluate FP/SMF inventory projections (internal production) tobalance PPV vs. working capital objectives. Requirements: -Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. - Previous experience in supplyplanning, demand planning, or inventory management within thepharmaceutical industry is a plus. - Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency insupply chain planning tools and ERP systems. - Ability to work in afast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Location: Milan or Bologna Company: Alfasigma is a globalpharmaceutical company founded over 75 years ago in Italy, where itis headquartered (in Bologna and Milan).
