A leading producer in the agrifood industry is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to optimize and drive efficiency across procurement, logistics, production planning, and distribution. This is a strategic leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a supply chain strategy that boosts efficiency and innovation.
- Forecast demand, optimize inventory, and enhance S&OP processes.
- Oversee procurement, supplier management, and cost-effective sourcing.
- Drive seamless logistics, warehousing, and production planning.
- Leverage SAP and data analytics for performance tracking and improvement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement sustainable practices.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Your Profile
- Masters degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and supply chain tools.
- Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
- Hands-on, results-driven leader with excellent communication skills.
