We are hiring an Electrical Project Leader for our Assago (Milano) office.The resource will be part of the internal engineering team and will supervise and coordinate the design of HV / MV / LV systems, with an EPC approach, for Power sectors (generation, transmission, and distribution), renewable energies, and industrial environments in Italy and abroad.Responsibilities:Act as the Tech Lead for assigned projects.Own the project documentation, ensuring correct issuance according to the schedule.Check and validate documentation issued by internal or external collaborators across disciplines.Identify and propose cost-optimized solutions proactively.Support Proposal Engineers during bidding stages.Depending on project complexity, develop engineering documentation such as:Design criteria and calculationsPurchasing specifications and technical instructions to biddersLayout and installation drawingsCable ways and earthing systemsProjects typically involve high voltage substations, energy storage, renewable plants, developed in Italy. The Project Leader reports hierarchically to the Engineering Director and functionally to the Project Manager.Requirements:Electrical Engineering degree or technical school diploma focused on electrical engineering.Italian native speaker.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in contractor companies or system integrators.Knowledge of electrical calculation tools for networks and cable sizing.Proficiency in MS Office.Availability for short site missions, especially during commissioning.Self-starting attitude, flexibility, adaptability, and results-oriented approach.Preferred:Proficiency in written and spoken English.Job location: Assago (Milano), near M2 metro station.This position is open to all genders, in compliance with legislative regulations promoting equality and diversity.
