Details: ClearLync is looking for Java developers that would like to learn specifics of configuration and customization of the InsuranceNow system by Guidewire. This is a career-defining journey and not a short-term job. Successful candidates are mid-level Java programmers who do not mind investing in their training in exchange for a stable IT career in the insurance industry. Training journey: Step 1 - Structured training ClearLync will provide materials and time needed to learn specifics of the InsuranceNow system. Together with a mentor the candidate will gain the necessary knowledge to start on the official certification process. Step 2 Certification The candidate will enroll and complete steps and take necessary examinations to receive office Guidewire developer certification. Mentor will be available to help and guide the candidate throughout the process. Step 3 Progressive Assignments with Mentoring The candidate will be assigned progressively complex tasks working with ClearLync customers. This is done in continued mentoring environment working with one of our senior developers. Step 4 Independent work working independently or as part of a team with one of our customers. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English Bachelors degree At least 2 years of professional experience programming in Java Ability to learn quickly and analyze and resolve complex technical problems. Very strong problem solving skills.
