We help clients achieve these goals through innovative solutions, from optimizing existing infrastructure to designing energy-efficient new structures.At Arup, we aim for data centers to be regenerative, contributing positively to the world as part of our transition to a zero-carbon economy.The OpportunityWe seek a Senior Project Manager to join our team, contributing to significant projects in the Science, Industry, and Technology sectors, focusing on Data Centre design and construction. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable ''Total Architecture'' on an international scale. Candidates with experience in Data Center or Industrial Projects are highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met on time through effective communication.Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects.Guide project teams through all phases of design and construction, including testing and commissioning.Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.Secure stakeholder alignment and approval early in the project cycle.Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.Oversee project planning, management, and quality assurance.Monitor and manage project budgets and cost reports.Candidate ProfileAt least 7 years of on-site experience in residential or industrial projects, including critical infrastructure for Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech, Petrochemical, or similar environments.Proven project and construction management experience.Customer-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable.Deep knowledge of statutory regulations and industry best practices.Experience with construction procurement methodologies.Strong understanding of building planning.Ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.Fluent in Italian and English.Why Arup?We value our members'' contributions and offer a profit-sharing program, continuous learning, and international collaboration opportunities.
