Your Challenge
As the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Providing insightful explanations on a monthly basis for variations between actual financials and different scenarios (previous year, budget, forecast). Leverage your analytical skills to generate actionable insights that drive business performance.
- Strategic Planning & Coordination: Leading the financial planning process by effectively sharing key financial data and results with various business units and markets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Identifying potential risks and opportunities ahead of time and proactively managing them to support sound financial decision-making.
- Cost Control & Budget Compliance: Implementing and overseeing a robust cost control framework, ensuring strict adherence to budgetary constraints. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining financial discipline across all cost areas.
- Staff Cost & Workforce Planning: Managing and analyzing staff-related costs, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts while optimizing resources to support business growth.
- Americas Finance Controlling: Bringing expertise in financial operations across the Americas, understanding regional market dynamics, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations to support business expansion and efficiency.

It would be a plus if you
- Have experience in multi-entity or multi-country financial operations, managing complex financial structures across different markets.
- Are proficient in financial modeling and advanced data analytics, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to enhance reporting and forecasting.
- Have worked with NetSuite ERP or other enterprise financial systems, optimizing automation and reporting capabilities.
- Possess knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or other international accounting standards, ensuring compliance in a global financial environment.
- Have led or participated in process improvement and automation initiatives, enhancing efficiency in financial planning and analysis.
- Bring expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
