Today, Exelab is lookingfor a Junior Project Manager a professional who is ready to takeresponsibility for leading projects and turning client needs intoimpactful digital solutions. The Junior Project Manager willprogressively take charge of managing projects end-to-end, ensuringtimelines, resources, and budgets are aligned with the projectgoals. While the projects may vary in scope and complexity, theresponsibility and ownership are real from day one. Design andanalytical thinking are essential for this role, together withstrong organizational skills and the ability to workcollaboratively and communicate clearly. Responsibilities From theoutset youll work alongside senior Project Managers; as yourskills deepen youll take on these responsibilities end-to-end. -Identifying customer needs and constructing a project proposal,interfacing with key stakeholders and validating feasibility alsofrom a technical standpoint - Drafting project documentation andrequirements, involving analysts and managers of the relevant areas- Planning scheduled activities including effort estimation,resource allocation, and timelines, in coordination with theprogram manager and involved departments - Monitoring projectprogress and ensuring proper execution through direct managementusing project management tools - Evaluating project performancewith respect to budget and objectives - Building and maintainingstrong relationships with clients and all involved stakeholdersthrough updates, reports, progress tracking, and feedback gathering- Identifying new opportunities based on client needs withinongoing projects or potential future ones Skills - 12 years ofexperience in project management, preferably in technology-relatedfields - University degree in a scientific or technical discipline a degree in Management Engineering or similar is highlyappreciated - Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, andability to manage priorities - Strong communication skills and acollaborative mindset - Proactive approach to problem-solving anddecision-making - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g.,Jira, Asana, Trello) - Good knowledge of English, both written andspoken - Ability to interface with both technical teams andbusiness stakeholders Nice to have - Experience in CRM integrationprojects - Background in web project management - Previousexperience in a consulting or system integration environment -Interest or experience in AI-powered tools and technologies -HubSpot certifications - Google certifications Are you ready totake the lead and grow with us?
