For more information, visit (website).What you will doThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and developing the Maintenance Team to improve corrective and planned maintenance practices, thereby increasing production line performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with maintenance rules and procedures, considering the specific peculiarities of the Business Units.Guarantee, in compliance with standards, the execution of corrective and planned maintenance interventions and continuous improvement activities to maintain the efficiency of production machines/equipment.Supervise technical maintenance staff to enhance their professional skills and ensure maximum departmental efficiency, ensuring effective intervention to fix breakdowns.Coordinate analysis and resolution of complex problems related to personnel or technology, supporting the analysis of complex issues managed by Process Improvement Engineers.Manage development of team members, including performance management, and collaborate with the production manager for deploying autonomous line management teams.Coordinate and supervise external companies to ensure work complies with technical guidelines and safety standards.Develop and monitor metrics for machine reliability and maintainability.Participate in productivity meetings, identifying and defining actions with production staff to reduce unplanned equipment breakdowns.Assist in creating maintenance schedules through data analysis and collaboration with Reliability and Production teams, ensuring schedule adherence and timely communication of any issues.Manage spare parts inventory to optimize stocks, ensure parts availability, and handle obsolescence.Assess and develop human resources'' skills through periodic evaluations, training, and motivation initiatives.Support technical staff in using the CMMS system for work order management.Support plant projects from development to implementation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, investment plans, and contractual constraints.Ensure personnel adhere to safety policies and that working conditions, machinery, and installations are safe and healthy.Verify staff compliance with internal procedures, environmental, safety, and occupational hygiene regulations.Ensure staff undergo health surveillance and necessary training.Maintain and update technical and general knowledge through ongoing training for oneself and team members.Ensure proper creation, application, and updating of SOPs in line with Compliance and GMP standards.QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelors or masters Degree in Mechanical or Chemical EngineeringDesired QualificationsAt least 45 years of experience in global manufacturing companiesAbility to interact effectively at all organizational levelsExperience in resource and project managementKnowledge of TPM principlesKnowledge of Maximo CMMS systemWhats in it for youCompetitive Total Rewards PackageEmployee Resource GroupsNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
