We are looking for the Regional Category Management &Business Developer join the Global Channels & Sales OperationsSupport Team. The person will be in charge of supervising thegrowth of its Region by coordination the AoR Cateogyr Managers& Business Developers and by managing a portfolio of existingCustomers and adding new prospects in MORE, the Vendor ManagementInventory system of Marcolin for its best Accounts. Responsability- Coordinate the AoR Category Managers & Business Developers intheir management of the assigned portfolio of Customers followingthe weekly automatic replenishments to our Customersstores/warehouses; - Provide the Regional Commercial Coordinatorswith detailed analysis on the project development in the markets,Regional sell in and sell out reports and status of the customeractivations in More; - Based on the Commercial guidelines, approachnew Key Accounts to include in the project; - Maintaining andpromoting a direct relationship with the Key Accounts in order toguarantee the functional performances of the system with the aim ofensuring the alignment of the quality of assortment, facingcoverage and stock levels with the expectations of the customer,identifying and assigning coherent KPIs; - Identifying potentialdrivers for the improvement of the sell-out and performances,through the analysis of sales data and facing, reporting anyoptimization opportunities to KAM / Sales Manager and supportingthem for the implementation process; - Optimize the procedures inthe different markets by coordinating the AoR referents within theRegion; - Integrating the needs of all stakeholders in the MOREProject (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, TradeMarketing, Planning and Logistics); - Being a solution providerin case of specific needs of the customers, identifying the way ofintegrating them with the Company procedures. Requisiti -Knowledge/Experience of Category Management and/or Sales Analysis;- Experience in coordinating a small team; - Advanced knowledge ofEnglish; additional languages will be considered as a plus; -Problem solving and commercial mindset together with analyticapproach; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and BusinessObject; - Project management; - Dynamic, passionate andenthusiastic attitude; - Ability to listen and to manage acommercial relationship; - Willingness to travel abroad.
