You may also act as the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and enhancements to our engineering and leadership teams.A successful Sr Solution Consultant at Genesys will focus on excellence, taking the initiative to improve both themselves and the team through continuous learning and questioning the status quo.Innovation, motivation, commitment, and proactive working are key attributes required for this role.Some details about what you''ll do :Providing presales support to sales, including customer-facing presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, solution designs, quoting, and answering RFx and technical questions with a dedicated focus on supporting regional sales teams and partner channels from both business and technical perspectives.Creating custom demos tailored to the prospects'' needs.Assisting with trials and proof of concepts (POC).Assisting partners with technical questions from the field.Providing partner enablement with a presales focus.Traveling to partner/customer meetings as required.Staying ahead of relevant technology & security trends through internal training, self-study, and industry-standard certifications.Providing feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value.Sharing and learning best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.Staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.Supporting marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
