DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Within the Digital Business Solutions department, the ERP team is responsible for enhancing and supporting enterprise-wide processes across areas such as Sales, Distribution, Procurement, Logistics, HR, and Finance. The team brings together experienced consultants, analysts, and developers working in tandem to drive business value through robust SAP solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Functional/Technical Analyst SAP SD & MM, your role will include:
- Acting as the go-to expert for all functional and technical queries related to the SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules
- Performing business and functional analysis, translating requirements into technical specifications
- Estimating workload, costs, and timelines for new requests and changes
- Proposing scalable and future-proof SAP solutions while considering system integration and downstream processes
- Executing configuration and light development where necessary, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Creating and updating comprehensive documentation, including functional specs and user guides
- Designing and executing test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing, and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Supporting daily operations by managing incidents and proactively resolving system-related issues
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in IT, business administration, engineering, or a related domain
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a functional SAP SD & MM consultant
- Solid understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
- Knowledge of pricing, billing, intercompany flows, stock transport orders, and procurement strategies
- Experience with ABAP debugging, SAP Fiori, and/or S/4HANA is a strong asset
- Previous exposure to cross-functional integration with modules such as FI, WM, or LE is a plus
- Organized, analytical, and quality-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work closely with business users and IT teams
- Proficiency in Dutch or French; technical English is required
- Experience in the utility or infrastructure sector is considered an advantage
