Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Execute and support key processes in the product supply creation cycle, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, validation, and conversion of purchase-related data. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process execution: Execute end-to-end buying processes, including pre-buy preparation, IPP Lite buy management, manual buy execution, and allocation validations. Ensure accurate PR cleansing, forecast uploads, and PR-to-PO conversions. Perform post-buy checks and resolve purchase order issues.
Support process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline buying workflows and improve data accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Product Supply Creation
Performance: Ensure timely and accurate execution of buying activities to meet service level agreements. Monitor process compliance and maintain high-quality standards
Partner interface: Collaborate with planning, Product supply interface, and allocation teams to ensure smooth execution. Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and process clarifications
Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on buying activities, allocation summaries, and PO outcomes. Provide insights and data to support decision-making and performance tracking

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, and information systems. Master's degree is a plus
1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
