Key job responsibilities

During the apprenticeship program, you will learn to perform the following tasks:

1. Create, improve, streamline, and innovate data collection techniques and build mechanisms to share outcomes (business reviews, reports, and forecasts);
2. Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met;
3. Explore and conduct deep research internally and externally, seeking innovation and continuous improvement opportunities;
4. Anticipate, identify, and drive resolution of challenges and interdependencies to prevent downstream problems;
5. Optimize, streamline, and/or eliminate processes to achieve efficiencies and increase effectiveness;
6. Compare desired and actual program outcomes, and prepare written reports and presentations related to the evaluation process and findings;
7. Manage stakeholder relationships and influence customer segments.

A day in the life

About this program: We would like to offer you a unique opportunity to be part of our Learning & Development team and gain valuable field experience in this profession. You will have the chance to spend time with and shadow our top-tier team of Program Managers within an Amazon corporate office environment. During your journey, you will undergo a comprehensive training itinerary of over 250 hours, which includes PMI training to obtain the CAPM certification, as well as complementary on-the-job training. This program is designed to develop the essential hard and soft skills every project manager needs, including planning, prioritization, analytical skills, communication, and teamwork competencies. Throughout the program, you will receive continuous support from a mentor to help you advance successfully in these areas. By the end of the program, you will have gained two years of work experience and, most importantly, acquired the competencies necessary to fulfill a Program Manager position within our team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You can access our apprenticeship program if you:

1. Have a Bachelors Degree in any discipline (a business or technical background is an advantage);
2. Have excellent command of spoken and written English (at least B2, any second European language is an advantage);
3. Have the ability to manage, motivate, and influence work behaviors;
4. Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capability;
5. Show motivation and a practical approach;
6. Possess proven knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel;
7. Are proactive and open to acquiring new knowledge and skills;
8. Enjoy working in a team and easily build relationships with others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- A degree in Project Management is preferred but not required, as it can be obtained during the program.
- PowerBI and Database skills.
- Minimum professional experience in industrial or logistics environments.
