The entity has a network present in 56 countries.ABOUT THE JOBMISSIONFrom the 19 European branches of BNP Paribas CIB, there are 15 countries (Netherlands, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany-Austria and Belgium) whose local IT activity is managed by CIB IT Spain. The others locations keeps a local IT teams (UK, Russia, Italy, Luxembourg).CIB IT Spain is responsible for providing ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) and APS (Application Production Support) services to its internal clients. Its main responsibility is the planning and execution of BAU activities, initiatives and projects for all local BNPP applications within the European territories, delivering those with the respect of CIB IT rules, regulatory standards and compliance guidelines, implementing the overall strategy of CIB IT Clusters for developing and technology initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, taking an end to end responsibility on the different steps of IT Governance procedures for projectsPlan and carry out actionsParticipate in the detailed planning of project tasksEnsure ownership exists at each project tasks and actionsCarry out assigned activities in accordance with the project planSolve issues and report bottlenecks as neededEnsure the completion of each step within the timeframe and budget originally plannedTrack the progress of tasks and update monitoring indicators and KPIsConduct the project in such a way as to achieve the defined key indicators and project milestones as defined upstreamCoordinate and lead the projectContribute on the identification of Risks, issues and dependencies and follow-up of the remediation and mitigation plansFacilitate meetings with the project teamContribute to the coordination of activities to achieve the objectives, understand the business/IT/sponsor needs and support the different stakeholders of the projectRegularly exchange with stakeholders, ensure their understanding of the subject, and inform them of the overall progress of the project, particularly during dedicated committeesOrganize dedicated committees, prioritization, and escalation pointsProduce communications, documentation, and reportsDesign the various communication materials useful to the project (presentation, brochure, deliverable)Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including reports and tracking recordsPrepare meetings minutes and task status reportsCarry out change managementAssess training needsAs a Senior Project manager, mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.REQUIREMENTSStudiesBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMaster's degree in Project Management or Software engineering preferredAny Project Management certification (PMP, etc) is a plus.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and +10 years in IT department, with a focus on development projects, combining experience in an internal or external client-facing role.Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.Strong experience of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Proven experience on the whole live cycle of a development, from the requirements analysis to the development and release on Production environments, support on testing phases.Experience in designing databases and data processing systems, with a strong understanding of data management principles.LanguagesEnglish (fluent).Spanish (fluent).SKILLSTechnicalBus
