The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years to skyrocket their career.
During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.
In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas:
