For our store at AMSTERDAM THE STYLE OUTLETS we are looking for a Store Manager. POSITION The purpose of this position is to manage the store in order to reach the business targets assigned for revenue, sales and management of the team. ROLE WITHIN THE ORGANISATION The Store Manager will report directly to the RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Proven quality sales skills (KPI) Ensures excellence in sales, customer service and loyalty Receive periodic sales targets, implementing strategies that ensure their achievement Ensure a flawless image of the store, supported by instructions of visual merchandiser Share sales results and product needs with HQ, reporting weekly product feedback Monitor the performance of each sales assistant through KPI dashboard, evaluating the contribution to the total turnover and suggesting personal development programs Ensures that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively Organize briefings to encourage, motivate and engage your team Organizational vision / problem solving approach Observe and apply business procedures, ensuring that all directives are respected Manage work shift planning while ensuring adequate coverage Monitor and optimize store costs Manages administrative procedures Actively participate in warehouse organisation of the store and inventory REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION COVERAGE Computer skills (Office package / cash management systems and attendance) Fluent English and Dutch (required), Italian is a plus Experience gained in the same role in structured retail companies Preferable coming from similar environment Commercial knowledge People oriented Willingness to do a training in Italy Location: AMSTERDAM THE STYLE OUTLETS Expect: direct employment by the company the salary will be commensurate with the actual experiences of the candidate.
