You will execute recruiting initiatives and manage the active candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction. In addition, you will manage the internal applicant and employee referral processes to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.Build Relationships throughout the Business. You will act as a consultant and trusted advisor to the business developing strong partnerships with executive leaders and advising them on the technical market, trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with Human Resources, Global Employer Brand & Marketing, and other groups within ADP.Deliver Results. You will deliver results as measured by metrics, including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction. You will focus on developing a deeper and more diverse talent bench at the executive level.Leverage Tools and Resources to Set You Up for Success. You will execute on the employer branding strategies, including supporting the @ADPCareers social media and digital platforms.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required QualificationsExperienced. Professional recruiting experience with 3+ years of proven results in filling technical level positions with candidates in technical/SAP roles. You have a strong track record of hiring exceptional technical talent in high-growth environments, spanning roles like SAP consultants, software engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers. You have expert knowledge of candidate assessment and screening. You have experience with technology tools and digital platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), social media (to drive marketing campaigns), and video interviews. You will facilitate the use of Behavioural Based Interview Methodology throughout the process. You are knowledgeable about local employment law and
