As a fully established group in the market, our highly qualified and integrated workforce guarantees comprehensive client satisfaction through our services.Position: Project Manager - Renewables (Milan)We are currently seeking a PV Project Manager to join our Renewables team in Milan, Italy. This role involves managing large-scale Italian PV projects during the construction phase, supporting early development stages, and leading projects from RTB status until successful handover after construction and commissioning. The role requires maintaining HSE KPIs below corporate targets, while adhering to quality, timeline, and budget constraints.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects from authorization to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Collaborate with permitting and engineering teams to review project documents provided by clients or developers.Assist in preparing project budgets.Develop detailed work programs to track project progress.Prepare contracts for suppliers and subcontractors.Manage project implementation activities, ensuring QHSE standards are met.Oversee project handover to the internal O&M team.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all objectives are achieved.Engage with stakeholders including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams for seamless execution.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.Develop and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Review technical, administrative, and legal documentation.Qualifications:Degree in engineering, construction, or equivalent.Over 10 years of experience in power plant construction, with at least 5 years in PV energy projects in Italy, from EPC, IPP, DNO, or similar companies.Proven track record managing large-scale renewable energy projects (>50MW total, including projects >15MW), from LNTP/NTP to PAC.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Experience with secondary permitting of renewable projects in Italy.Knowledge of environmental and permitting regulations.Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD, PVSyst.PMP or MBA certification is advantageous.Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.Contract Details:Permanent employment with an attractive remuneration package.
