Job purpose:

As a CRM & Email Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, helping to enhance customer engagement, retention, and personalization through email and multichannel marketing efforts.

Youll work closely with our CRM Manager and support the development and execution of campaigns that connect with our users in meaningful ways.

What youll do

• Assist in the creation and execution of CRM campaigns across email,notifications and other channels.
• Write and design email content, manage segmentation and build automated workflows using our CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for multilingual campaign translations using AI tools and the CRM platform.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and performance across different segments and markets.
• Analyze campaign data to understand customer behavior and identify areas for improvement.
• Help segment users based on data insights to deliver personalized communications.

What you will bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in CRM, email marketing, data-driven marketing and user engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in English (professional or native level). Spanish and other European languages (e.g., French, Italian, German) are a plus.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud...) is a plus.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
