Quantitative Trader | Trade What You Build
This isnt about adjusting other peoples models. Its not a seat on a big desk with layers of hierarchy. This is a hands-on trading role where you research, test, build, and run strategies in the crypto markets, your way, with the tools and autonomy to do it properly.
Youll be joining a team thats built to move fast. Tight feedback loops. Real ownership. Direct access to data, code and execution. Theyre building strategies that bring liquidity to global crypto exchanges, and theyre doing it without the noise.
The day-to-day:
- Develop new trading strategies and take them live
- Use Python or C++ to turn models into real systems
- Work directly with engineers to fine-tune performance
- Spot market inefficiencies and turn them into profit
- Challenge the status quo and back it up with data
You should bring:
- A background in quantitative trading, ideally with 2+ years in crypto, FX, or HFT
- Experience coding production-level tools and systems
- A strong handle on market structure and execution mechanics
- Curiosity, independence, and a habit of challenging ideas
- A technical degree is nice, but raw skill and market intuition go further here
