SERIS Security is lookingfor a Quality Manager to support its ambition for operationalexcellence, safety, compliance and continuous improvement.Reporting to the CEO, you will manage and optimize the IntegratedManagement System (IMS) across SERIS Academy, Logistics, Security,and Technology. Your mission As our Quality Manager, you ensurethat our operations consistently meet the highest standards forquality, safety, environment, and information security. You act asa driver of continuous improvement and compliance with bothinternal procedures and international standards. YourResponsibilities - Maintain and improve the IMS (ISO 9001, ISO45001, VCA**, ISO 14001, ISO 27001). - Lead internal and externalaudits and ensure certification continuity. - Coordinate processdocumentation and implement a document management system. - Supportoperational teams in corrective actions and continuous improvement.- Serve as point of contact for external auditors and regulatorybodies. - .... Your profile - University degree preferred;experience in quality management and audits. - Fluent in Dutch,French, and English. - Structured, detail-oriented, and able toprioritize under pressure. - Analytical, hands-on, proactive, andteam-oriented. - Strong communicator with excellent stakeholdermanagement skills and commercial flair. - Is honest, reliable, andcollegial.
