Responsibilities Co-creating and implementing the companys business and sales strategy to grow the business, in close cooperation with the CEO, Sales, and Marketing teams. Promoting the strengths of the company on US and West European markets and developing our offer as the most competitive. Using the technological know-how of the company to popularize the brand and capture new business opportunities. Identifying emerging trends in the IT industry and leveraging those moments to gain new contacts and diversify the promotion of services. Increasing the satisfaction of current and future customers. Taking care of the constant growth of the customer base and scaling the team. Developing and implementing a lead generation strategy to attract new customers and increase sales. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer retention and loyalty. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads. Analyzing data and using insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies and tactics. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Managing the companys social media presence and online reputation to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective pricing strategies. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that offerings remain competitive and relevant. Your Profile Proven track record of successful online campaigns in promoting or selling IT services on the US and European markets, with specific metrics and results to showcase. Strong understanding of lead generation and how to use a variety of tools to optimize and scale lead generation efforts for the company. Proficiency in using a range of advertising systems, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms, with demonstrated success in driving high-quality leads and conversions. Skilled in data analysis, including the ability to collect, compare, and analyze data from multiple sources, and use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns. Experience creating and managing automated marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of sales funnels, remarketing/retargeting, display advertising, content marketing, and SEO. Excellent knowledge of the IT market, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and preferences. Demonstrated openness to testing new solutions and approaches, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. Familiarity with a range of marketing and sales tools, such as Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Woodpecker, Programmatic, and other relevant platforms. Prior experience in managerial positions in a software house or companies offering outsourcing services, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Our Offer Flexible working hours .
