Join a healthcare technology company that alleviates pain, restores health, and extends life for more than two people every second.We offer you the position of Inside Sales Representative, where you will have the opportunity to sell a broad range of Medtronic services within the ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) business. Your customers will primarily be hospitals, biomedical engineers, and purchasers. This is an office-based role responsible for selling service solutions to improve the overall Medtronic customer experience. You will support the development of our service business in Germany, the Alpine region, and Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with customers through phone or face-to-face meetings to discuss and sell service agreements, including contract renewals and warranty expirations.Identify and create opportunities in SFDC for service agreements, utilizing the opportunity dashboard and attach rate files for assets nearing warranty expiration, expiring contracts, and other activities.Participate actively in the Alpine and Italian sales organizations by sharing service opportunities in meetings, creating action plans with District Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, and attending local events.Support field sales representatives by providing consultation and assistance in selling service agreements at the point of sale and for financial deals.Assist the country sales team with tender questions related to services and respond promptly with appropriate service agreements.Engage in financial deals, ensuring the correct service agreements and revenue are captured.Provide accurate service forecasts to leadership and sales managers.Collaborate with Inside Sales colleagues across markets to share best practices and improve service sales strategies.Minimum QualificationsBachelors or Masters degreeFluency in English, Italian, and GermanAbility to prioritize and respond promptly to customer inquiriesFlexibility, adaptability, and attention to detailStrong analytical skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working environmentAnnual Incentive Plan based on company resultsPension scheme and group healthcare discountsTraining opportunities via Cornerstone, Harvard ManageMentor, and Skills LabEmployee Assistance Program and Recognize! global recognition programOur CommitmentWe are committed to inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID&E), ensuring equal opportunities and fostering a culture of respect and belonging.
