We are looking for a driven and meticulous Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our logistics team and play a pivotal role in driving the coordination and execution of strategic logistics initiatives across the EMEA region. You will directly contribute to the implementation of our regional strategic plan, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects across the EMEA region.
• Ensure effective coordination of project activities, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct structured data analysis to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and support decision-making.
• Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the optimization of business processes through analytical and operational support.
• Create strategic documents and presentations for the EMEA leadership team and key stakeholders.
• Assist in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with business processes is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
