Job Opportunity: Director of Business UnitWe are assisting a highly advanced IT company in Italy, a leader in application sectors with enterprise solutions increasingly adopted by large private and public organizations, delivered via Software as a Service (SaaS). Following a new organizational model implementation, we are seeking to fill the position of Director of the Business Unit.This role reports directly to the CEO and leads a large team (several dozen specialists organized into dedicated teams). The responsibilities include ensuring economic results in terms of revenue and margins, managing both the commercial and technical/consulting structures dedicated to System Integration, Application Delivery, Outsourcing, and Organizational Consulting. The Director will also define and evolve market strategies, optimize delivery processes with performance metrics, strengthen commercial and technological partnerships, and maintain/improve service levels.The medium-term business plan anticipates that this BU will transform into an independent company within a few years, with the BU Manager as the natural candidate for the CEO position.Compensation: Based on experience, approximately 130,000 - 150,000 plus significant MBO, possible long-term bonus, and company car.Work Location: Padova (West area) or Milan city, near MM3 station; frequent presence in Padova with regular visits to Milan and other branches.Candidate Requirements:Relevant experience, both technical and commercial, in IT consulting and/or System Integration services.Significant leadership experience with budget and People Management responsibilities.Deep knowledge of IT architectures, integration, and delivery processes.University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management, or equivalent.Familiarity with the English language.Job Posting: Manager Informatica Milano, Milano, IT#J-18808-Ljbffr
