As part of their ambitiousgrowth plans, they are seeking an experienced Construction Directorto lead the development of a high-profile data centre in Milan. TheRole As Construction Director, you will take full responsibilityfor the successful delivery of this landmark project. Frompre-construction through to final handover, you will oversee everystage of the build, ensuring it meets the highest standards ofquality, innovation, and efficiency. You will work closely with keystakeholders, managing relationships with clients, contractors, andsupply chain partners. This is a hands-on leadership role requiringexceptional project management skills and a deep understanding oflarge-scale data centre developments. Key Responsibilities: - Leadthe full lifecycle of a flagship data centre project, from designand pre-construction to completion. - Serve as the primary point ofcontact for the client, ensuring expectations are exceeded. -Manage the onsite team and supply chain, driving performance andupholding the highest standards of quality and safety. - Providestrategic oversight to ensure timely, on-budget, andregulation-compliant project delivery. What Youll Need to Succeed:- A strong track record in managing large-scale, technicalconstruction projects. - Extensive experience in data centredevelopment, ideally in a client-facing or developer role. - Provenability to oversee projects from concept to completion. -Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experienceworking with hyperscale customers. - Fluency in Italian and Englishis essential. - Relevant qualifications in Electrical/MechanicalEngineering, Construction, or Building Services (HNC or above).
