Travelzoo has an opening for a Sales Manager (Hotels), ITALY (m/f/d). This position, based in Milan, will report to the Head of Sales, Hotels. In this role, you are responsible for accelerating our growth in the assigned territories by managing the Company''s current Italian hotel client portfolios as well as generating new business.Responsibilities include:Keen to source, negotiate, and close outstanding deals on behalf of Travelzoo members worldwide through cold calling and direct sales.Able to consultatively sell Travelzoo''s portfolio of online distribution solutions (rates, CPC, CPA, and fixed fee).Motivated to develop outstanding relationships with premium hotels and hotel chains in the assigned territory, both via telephone and in person during sales trips to Italy, to be sold in all Travelzoo markets.Driven to meet or exceed quarterly sales goals through account development and new business.Confident in working with colleagues in Europe and North America to ensure opportunities are fully leveraged and the best content is secured.Determined to establish strong internal relationships with key production and publishing stakeholders.Capable of creating strategic territory plans to maximize sales opportunities efficiently.Responsible for tracking sales activity through the funnel in Salesforce.Empowered to represent Travelzoo at client meetings, external conferences, and events.Ideal candidate profile:Degree educated (or equivalent experience).Proven track record of negotiating strong offers in the hotel sector.Experience working with a Sales CRM (e.g., Salesforce).Aptitude to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Skilled in planning, developing, and executing online sales strategies for hotels.Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, emphasizing presentation, analytical, sales, and negotiation techniques.Ability to achieve results independently.Knowledge of the online travel/media publishing industry.Hands-on team player with a self-starter attitude.Fluent in Italian and English.Benefits include:Opportunity to broaden your horizons by working with a global team and potentially in a different country.Recognition of achievements through employee awards.Flat hierarchies that promote an entrepreneurial working environment.Competitive compensation and benefits packages.If you are excited about this opportunity and resonate with our values of "leading by example", "warm heart", "cool head", and "working hands", we look forward to hearing from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
