PPA Originator Location: UK, Spain or Italy Salary:~100,000 + Bonus + Benefits My client (global IPP) is seeking anexperienced Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Originator to drivecommercial success within our growing solar and Battery EnergyStorage Systems (BESS) portfolio, exceeding 3GW globally. This roleis pivotal in structuring and negotiating PPAs with corporate andutility off-takers, helping expand our renewable energy footprintin key markets. Key Responsibilities - Identify and secure PPAopportunities with corporate and utility off-takers across diversemarkets. - Structure and negotiate complex PPAs for solar andstorage projects. - Analyze market trends, electricity priceforecasts, and regulatory developments to optimize deal structures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance,technical) to mitigate risks and enhance contract efficiency. -Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders inglobal energy markets. - Stay informed on renewable energyregulations impacting PPA negotiations and market positioning. YourProfile - 7+ years of experience in PPA origination, specificallyin solar and/or storage. - Deep understanding of global electricitymarkets, PPA structuring, and IPP business models. - Proven trackrecord of closing high-value PPA deals in competitive energymarkets. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skillsto develop strategic partnerships. - Fluency in English required;additional languages are a plus. - Bachelor''s degree in Finance,Economics, Engineering, or related field (Masters degreepreferred).
