RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant - Corporate & Project Finance to join its office in Genova, La Spezia, Milano, Roma, Bari, or Lecce within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.MissionRINA is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant specializing in Corporate & Project Finance to join the Corporate Finance & Strategy Consulting Team.Team FocusThe Corporate Finance & Strategy Consulting Team provides consulting services in economics, finance, and strategy, including Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Subsidized Finance (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF), Business Planning & Financial Modelling, and Data Analytics. Our clients include large companies, investment banks, and development banks.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Consultant in Corporate & Project Finance, you will:Work collaboratively with a team, serving clients across various industries.Assist in developing projects and transactions related to innovation and decarbonization.Engage in Commercial Due Diligence, Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Cost-Benefit Analysis to provide in-depth market and financial insights.QualificationsMasters Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, with strong academic achievements.3-5 years of experience in management consulting or similar roles in corporate settings.Experience in Commercial and Financial Due Diligence.Knowledge of Cost-Benefit Analysis methodologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in Power BI are a plus.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Desired CompetenciesForward-thinking and proactive in translating experience into future action plans.Ability to embrace and adapt to change.Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize activities.Emotional intelligence to recognize and regulate emotions.Ability to build trust and foster client relationships.Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective.Commitment to sustainable development and ethical standards.About RINAWith over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries, RINA offers certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision, vendor inspection, training, and engineering consultancy services across various sectors.
