We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Clinical Data Quality Associate/ Medewerker Kwaliteit Klinische Gegevens om ons diverse en dynamische team te versterken. Als Clinical Data Quality Associate bij ICON heb je een ondersteunende en controlerende rol in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van klinische onderzoeken. Door source data (E-source en paper source) en andere belangrijke onderzoeksresultaten te beoordelen en te verifiren, zorg je ervoor dat de kwaliteit wordt gehandhaafd.
Wat je gaat doen
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op klinische proefgegevens om nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid en consistentie te waarborgen.
- Samenwerken met collegas om datadiscrepanties en -afwijkingen te identificeren en op te lossen. Je werkt samen met directe collegas, maar ook met artsen, verpleegkundigen en lab analisten.
- Je houdt zicht op de processen die nodig zijn om de kwaliteit te waarborgen. Waar nodig help je bij de initiring, ontwikkeling en implementatie van verbetervoorstellen gedurende de gehele gegevenscyclus.
- Uitvoeren van gegevenscontroles en reviewactiviteiten volgens vastgestelde protocollen en regelgeving.
- Eindverantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige afhandeling van de documenten omtrent voorkeuringen, ambulante bezoeken en nakeuringen.
Jouw profiel
- Minimaal een MBO-4 niveau diploma
- Goede communicatie skills, schriftelijk en mondeling zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
- Je bent bekend met medische terminologie, of bent bereid om je hierin te verdiepen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken in verschillende elektronische systemen en kan snel schakelen.
- Je hebt affiniteit met het werken via protocollen en procedures en ziet het belang daarvan in.
- Je kunt nauwkeurig en accuraat werken.
- Je kuntprioriteiten stellen in situaties met wisselende tijdslijnen en deadlines.
- Je kunt oplossingsgericht denken en werken.
Aanvullende informatie
- Kandidaten zullen een screeningsgesprek in het Engels doorlopen voordat het sollicitatiegesprek in het Nederlands plaatsvindt.
- Deze functie is kantoorgebonden en zal plaatsvinden in onze kliniek in Utrecht .
- Een beschikbaarheid van 32 uur per week wordt verwacht.
