What youll do The RealEstate Technical Expert will be involved in the followingactivities. The role is key to supporting smooth propertytransactions while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy andcompliance. You will work as part of a team responsible formanaging borrower portfolios and interfacing with Private Equityclients to meet their objectives and deadlines. - Evaluateproperties in relation to zoning, land use, and legal compliance;identify and resolve issues with authorities; and ensure accurate,complete documentation aligned with local regulations. - Overseethe end-to-end regularization process, implementing efficientprocedures and monitoring timelines; ensure adherence to applicablelaws, codes, and regulatory updates through regular audits; -Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensuretimely deed execution; manage stakeholder communication and provideupdates throughout the transaction process. What youll bring -Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or arelated field; - At least 5 years of experience in the real estatesector, with a strong track record in similar roles; - Strongorganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, withexcellent attention to detail; - Effective communicator and teamplayer, capable of working with diverse stakeholders; - Proficientin Microsoft Office and property management tools; knowledge ofcadastral and environmental regulations; - Able to workindependently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well underpressure; - Fluent in English and Italian essential (any otherlanguage would be considered as an asset); - Proficiency in the useof Microsoft packages (with key focus on Excel) with the ability tolearn quickly other relevant systems.
